You choose your entry time on the date you select; our thermal baths are open from 10:30 AM. Please double-check the date of your visit, as changes are not accepted after the original date of your Day Pass.

Dear Parents, we ask that you accompany your young children at all times. Our thermal baths offer a relaxing and tranquil experience to all our guests, so we ask for your support in this matter, ensuring that your children understand that these are not play pools, and that shouting, splashing water, and running around the pools disturb the peace and quiet of other guests.

We appreciate your understanding and support in making your visit to our hot springs a rewarding experience for everyone.

  • Children are considered to be those between the ages of 2 and 10. They must present identification or a document to verify their age. Children under 2 years old enter free of charge.
  • Adults aged 60 and over are considered "senior citizens." They must present identification to verify their age.
  • With your DAY PASS,   You can stay as long as you like on the premises, from your chosen arrival time until closing time at 7:30 p.m. (Pool use is permitted until half an hour before closing time)
  • Don't forget to bring your swimsuit, towel, and sandals for your comfort. If needed, we have robes and towels available for rent.
  • Pets, food, and drinks are not allowed. Smoking is also prohibited inside the premises.
  • We recommend bringing your own water bottle to stay hydrated. You can also purchase water at our restaurant.

For returns, you must request them up to 48 hours before the ticket date by sending an email to contacto@termasquimeyco.com, including your order number and explaining the reason for the request . Returns requested outside of this timeframe will not be processed. If the return conditions are met, 80% of the total purchase price will be refunded. After this period, and up to the original ticket date, date changes can only be requested up to one year after the purchase date. After the ticket date, no refunds or date changes will be issued.
